HEDDA LETTUCE: EAT ME! is a show filled with stand-up comedy, original songs and fab song parodies. In Hedda's hands, Lady Gaga's Poker Face and Bad Romance are now Botox Face and Brad Romance (about her love affair with Brad Pit). Katy Perry's I Kissed a Girl becomes I Kissed A Troll, about a bad backroom experience. And Justin Timberlake’s pop classic Sexy Back is now Fanny Pack, about a lesbian fashion faux Pas. The evening also includes original songs with titles including She's Famous and Jesus Take The Wheel, Cause I Am Too Drunk To Drive!
HEDDA LETTUCE, the six-time Drag Queen of the Year Award-winner (HX Magazine), has received national acclaim for her poised characters, startling satire and original music. Miss Lettuce, has appeared in New York at venues including Caroline’s on Broadway, Fez, Metropolitan Room and her classic movie night at the Clearview Chelsea. She has worked on such networks as Comedy Central, MTV and HBO, and in a handful of off-broadway plays including Sleeping with Straight Men opposite Mink Stole. Hedda’s comedy projects include her stand-up tour deforce, The Hedda Lettuce Show; The Dixie Chicks with Dicks, the country-singing drag trio; and Lettuce Rejoice, the annual Chelsea holiday spectacular.
