UNITARD, the acclaimed trio composed of solo artists Mike Albo, Nora Burns and David Ilku, returns to Fez on June 6 with UNITARD: ATTACK OF THE INFIDELS. This all-new show will feature even more raucous comedy, trend-demystifying monologues, political sketches, and rants on consumer-driven popular culture. This new show features sketches on the Extreme Makeover craze, Paris Hilton, sweeps week, and the current election.

As a writer, Mike Albo’s work has appeared in The New York Times Magazine, Out, Paper, and The Village Voice. Backstage described Albo as a relentlessly charming social satirist." His first novel Hornito: My Lie Life was published by HarperCollins. And his second book, The Underminer, wil be coming out next winter from Bloomsbury USA. His solo shows, performed all over the country, include Please Everything Burst (GLAAD Media Award nominee), Spray and the eponymous Mike Albo. He's performing solo again next February at P.S.122.

Nora Burns is best known as one fourth of the comedy quartet The Nellie Olesons. She also performs solo as well as with Mike Albo and David Ilku. She has performed at venues include Highways, HBO Workspace, and Luna Park in LA, Montreal's Just for Laughs Comedy Festival, Toronto's We're Funny That Way Comedy Festival, Provincetown, P.S.122, LaMama, and the Aspen Comedy Festival. She writes for publications including Time Out, Paper and HX.

David Ilku is best know as half of the drag act The Duelling Bankheads. He has been performing in New York’s varied nightclubs since the early 1980’s and was a staple at Jackie 60. Ilku has worked at P.S. 122, LaMama, Manhattan Class Company, and New York Theater Workshop. His credits include the films Risk, Blue Steel, and Liquid Sky, and TV shows including Spin City, The Cosby Show, and Comedy Central’s Premium Blend.
