Celebrate the glitziest night in Hollywood with the hardest working middle-aged man in show business as Murray Hill and his sexy side-kicks The Wau Wau Sisters host The 8th Annual Fez Oscar Party on Sunday, February 27. Festivities begin at 7:00pm with the Joan Rivers TV Guide Channel Oscar Pre-Show. The evening continues with the complete Oscar telecast shown on a giant screen, impromptu performances, drinking games, movie trivia games and lots of movie memorabilia prizes -- including promotional items from Oscar worthy movies past, present, and future including Kill Bill, The Aviator, Shall We Dance?, Napoleon Dynamite, Team America, Mean Girls, The Stepford Wives, and 13 Going on 30. Win the Oscar Prediction Ballot for an amazing Grand Prize! During commercial breaks Murray & The Wau Wau Sisters will re-enact favorite scenes from this year’s nominated films and they will provide running commentary throughout the night.

Named one of the Out 100, Best Cabaret Show by New York Magazine, Best in NYC by Paper and The Village Voice, and Best Club Personality by Citysearch, Murray Hill has performed all over New York in venues including Fez, Joe’s Pub, Irving Plaza, Comedy Garden at Madison Square Garden, and Caroline’s and nationally at the Seattle Comedy Festival, San Francisco Pride and The Trocadero in Philadelphia. He has hosted and produced a string of acclaimed shows including The Murray Hill Show, Caught in the Act and Murray Hill on Ice. He has toured with Le Tigre, been featured in the Scissor Sisters’ "Filthy Gorgeous" video directed by John Cameron Mitchell, and in the Wallace Shawn film Marie & Bruce starring Julianne Moore and Matthew Broderick. This is the fourth time that Mr. Hill has hosted the Oscar party at Fez.

The Wau Wau (pronounced "vow vow") Sisters recently completed an Off-Broadway run at Ars Nova directed by Trip Cullman and a stint at the Edinburgh Festival. They have developed a cult following performing at venues including Joe’s Pub, Irving Plaza, Bowery Ballroom Galapagos and CBGB’s. They have served as opening act for such performers as Kiki & Herb, Le Tigre, Trachtenburg Family Slideshow Players, and The Butchies. They have also made appearances on The Isaac Mizrahi Show, Good Morning Japan, The Sharon Osborne Show and NPR’s "The Next Big Thing."

The 8th Annual Fez Oscar Party will be presented Sunday, February 27. Doors open at 7:00pm. Tickets are $12.
