Downtown drag darlineg LEVONIA returns to Times Square with her latest holiday extravaganza, ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS ME, featuring Lance Horne and special guest Alex English (SNL's "Lisa From Temecula"). Expect scandalous XXXMas parodies, an original song or two and loads of laughs. It will be presented one night only -- Wednesday, December 20th at 7PM at the Laurie Beechman Theatre (407 West 42 Street, inside West Bank Café). Tickets are $25 available at www.SpinCycleNYC.com. There is a $25 per person food/drink minimum at all performances.
Levonia is the bearded drag alter-ego of comedian Greg Scarnici, who currently works as an Associate Producer at Saturday Night Live and who has been seen on 30 Rock, in the feature film, A Star Is Born as well as in numerous viral videos. He is also the author of the books, I Hope My Mother Doesn’t Read This, Dungeons and Drag Queens, Hot Rods and Sex in Drag. His alter ego, Levonia, exploded onto the pop culture scene with the release of her viral music video, So Cunt in 2013 and has since entertained audiences in New York, Los Angeles, New Orleans and Fire Island with her cabaret shows, Gender Fluids, Levonia Does Prince, Levonia’s XXXmas Hollagay Concert Extravaganza, Levonia's Christmas Sextacular and Levonia’s Jazzy Christmas. Lance Horne is an Emmy award-winning composer, lyricist, performer and music director. Broadway credits include vocal arrangements for Little Women, composer of Ricki Lake Show theme (FOX), Macy's Parades (NBC), multiple film scores, and new work in development with LA Opera. Mr. Horne is a Steinway Artist, recipient of Jonathan Larson, Bistro, and ASCAP Awards, Interlochen graduate with BM, MM in Composition, The Juilliard School.
